Standard Delivery:

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 BUSINESS days.

- Delays with any shipping carrier.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS or Fedex will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by Post Office / Fedex according to tracking. You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
